Shipping & Returns

All prices are final prices and refer, unless otherwise stated, to 1 piece plus shipping costs. 

Due to our status as a small business according to § 19 UStG, VAT is not shown on the invoice.

Delivery is free within Germany for orders over EUR 85.

Shipping within Germany and to other countries of EU: 

Shipping fee of 3,90 €.

For customers from non-EU countries (such as Switzerland) additional duties, taxes and / or other fees may apply, which unfortunately we can not accept. The fees are always based on the content of the shipment or goods value and can vary accordingly.

Shipments to Canada, USA, Japan, South Korea, New Zealand, Singapore, Taiwan, China:

Shipping fee of 6,90 €.

Carriers

We use the following carriers to deliver our orders: 

• Deutsche Post
• DHL

Order Tracking 

If tracking is provided by the shipping carrier, we will update your order with the tracking information. Please note that most orders using Deutsche Post will not have tracking numbers. 

Back Orders

If an item goes on back order we will ship when all item becomes available.

Returns

We want all our customers to be happy with their purchase! If our products do not meet your expectations, please contact us sales@rctool.de within 14 working days from receiving the goods. Goods must be returned to

Goods must be returned to us in the original condition, unused, undamaged and with original packaging intact. Additional charges on taxes and related fees and expenses will not be refunded.
